2021 Chardonnay Oaked

2020 Traminette
Aroma of tea rose and wildflowers. Tropical fruit on the palate. Balanced acidity with a smooth finish.
2021 Seyval Blanc
Aroma of lemon, lime at first with an addition of some boxwood and peach pit. Dry, light bodied with great acidity and a clean finish.
2020 Vidal Blanc
Light golden color with aroma of pineapple, pear, lemon, and honey. Citrus and lemongrass on the palate. This light bodied wine is dry, bright, and crisp with prevalent acidity and a clean finish.
2019 Chardonnay Stainless Steel
Light golden color with aroma of tropical fruit such as pineapple, papaya, and a hint of banana and coconut. Fruit continues, on the palate, slightly acidic with a lingering finish.
2018 Bowhaus White
Pale straw color with aroma of pear, melon, strawberry, and vanilla. Tropical flavors on the palate, well balanced between acidity and sweetness, smooth with a clean crisp finish.
2021 Vidal Blanc
Aroma of tropical notes, pineapple, pear, orange peel and coconut. Light body with nice acidity and a clean crisp finish.
2021 Chambourcin
Aroma of bright cherry, blackberry, black currant and star anise. Black fruit also on the palate. Bold, rich mouthfeel, very ripe tannins with a silky smooth finish.
2021 Syrah
This Syrah first smells of Bright Red Cherry, followed up by blackberry, black currant and star anise (black licorice). This wine has a bold, rich mouthfeel with a silky-smooth finish. Pairs great with a gourmet burger!
2020 Estate Norton
Dark purple color, aroma of bright cherry, violet and plum then opens to raisin and dried cherry. Engages all tasted buds on the palate including savory umami. Soft and elegant, medium body with a smooth clean finish.
2019 Meritage
Initial aroma of blueberry, violet and plum. Changing to clove, tobacco, & milk chocolate as it airs. Medium bodied changed to heavy body with oxygen. Young tannins will soften over time. A great wine to cellar.
2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
Garnet color. Aroma of blackberry and plum. Minerality on the palate with dark fruit and a culinary spice on the finish.
NV Peanuts Petit Cuvee
Crimson color with aroma of cranberry and pomegranate. Fruity and creamy on the palate, smooth with warm culinary spices on the finish.
2021 Bowhaus Red
Dark red/purple color. Aroma of black cherry, blackberries, violet and dark chocolate. A light-medium body wine with a touch of sweetness and a smooth finish. Consider chilling this wine in hot weather.
2021 Chocolate Lab
This 100% Chambourcin was made in the traditional Ruby Port Style and aged for 24 months in Bourbon barrels from Bowman Distillery in Fredericksburg VA. It has a Ruby color and aromas of red currant and Kirsch on the nose. Prune, dried red fruit and chocolate-covered cherry lingers on the palate with a warming and smooth finish. We suggest pairing this fan favorite with chocolate covered cherries, or chocolate cherry dump cake… or both! If you want to create contrast, this wine is great paired with a high quality blue cheese.
2011 Declaration Madeira
Dark golden color, aroma and flavor of cling peaches and orange blossoms. Balanced and able to cellar for years. An open bottle will last for months.
2020 Goldie
Aroma of perfume from the Traminette followed by apricots and tangerine. Medium bodied, well balanced with nice acidity. A sweet, light, crisp dessert wine.
2019 Late Harvest Vidal Blanc
Nearly clear color. Aroma of honeysuckle. Flavor of ripe mango, apricot, and banana. Refreshing acidity with a smooth finish.
